The art of healing, it's not always linear and scientific

Talk Therapy

60 minute sessions

Discuss your concerns in a safe, comfortable, supportive, and non-judgmental environment.

I believe in a Holistic approach which means my sessions incorporate body, mind, and spirit discussions. Based on your comfort level we come up with a treatment plan that involves different modalities to make sure the WHOLE you is healing.

Treatment Outline AKA..  Our Therapeutic Journey

Build Therapeutic Rapport.

I want to make sure you feel comfortable with me and it is a good fit for you to continue on your journey of healing.

The Patterns

We recognize the story we have been telling ourselves and any unhealthy systems we may feel trapped in.

Healing

Learn and engage in mindfulness, relaxation techniques, grounding skills,  coping skills, and start to connect the mind and body. We learn what your body has been trying to tell you, discuss the emotional and rational brain, catch the old stories the brain and body are stuck in, education around the autonomic nervous system, learn breathing & movement techniques, and create a new narrative & perspective.

Upward and Onward

Maintain new perceptions, thoughts, feelings, behaviors, supports, and healthy system.

We need to keep it real and recognize the the world isn't always rainbows & butterflies, yet YOU always have a CHOICE.  I believe YOU have a choice in your reactions, which thoughts you would like to continue, who you let into your circle, a and where you want to go in life. I am not saying it is easy, so I am here during those hard moments. My goal is to remind you about your choices, your rights on this earth, and your strengths.
