Therapy

The art of healing, it's not always linear and scientific

Treatment Outline

60 minute sessions

We discuss your concerns in a safe, comfortable, supportive, and non-judgmental environment.

Our Therapeutic Journey

The goal is to gain awareness of our belief system, understand conscious choices of what we can control, gain empowerment of personal agency, and engage in self-compassion.  As your therapist, I am not here to fix you. I am here to offer understanding, guidance, and support while you learn your choices, self-compassion, and feel your feels. You are the one who can choose to engage in change.

Build Therapeutic Rapport

I want to make sure you feel comfortable and the Therapeutic relationship is a good fit for you.

The Patterns

We recognize the conditioned story we have been telling ourselves, conditioned thoughts and behaviors, ways we have learned to survive, our perception of the world, and psychoeducation of the body (autonomic nervous system)-mind (triune brain) connection, as well as engage in radical acceptance & self-compassion. We also understand any medical diagnosis that may be impacting mental health.

Healing

We learn and engage in mindfulness, relaxation techniques, grounding skills,  self-regulation techniques, engage in self-compassion, and start to connect the mind and body. We create a new narrative, rewire the nervous system, and gain a new perspective of our world.

Thrive

Maintain body-mind balance through learned self regulation, self-compassion, and self-care techniques.
