Treatment Outline

Our Therapeutic Journey

The goal is to gain awareness of our belief system, understand conscious choices of what we can control, and gain empowerment of personal agency.

Build Therapeutic Rapport

I want to make sure you feel comfortable and the Therapeutic relationship is a good fit for you.

The Patterns

We recognize the conditioned story we have been telling ourselves, conditioned thoughts and behaviors, ways we have learned to survive, our perception of the world, and psychoeducation of the body-mind connection.

We learn and engage in mindfulness, relaxation techniques, grounding skills,  self-regulation techniques, and start to connect the mind and body. We create a new narrative, rewire the nervous system, and gain a new perspective of our world.

Maintain body-mind balance through learned self regulation and self-care techniques.
